To help us create a detailed site plan, please provide as much information as possible. Include the dimensions of the proposed structure and its location on your property, including distances from boundaries or existing structures. If possible, include a visual sketch showing the proposed structure on the block. Additionally, if you have a copy of the title plan, please email it to us.

Our detailed Site Plans include all the information needed for Council submissions. We are committed to providing clients with clear, accurate, and reliable plans that meet their needs.

Using the latest georeferenced aerial photography and boundary data, we create comprehensive site plans for council submission. While the geographic information we provide is typically highly accurate, it should not be the sole basis for critical decisions without independent verification. Clients are advised to independently confirm all dimensions and details.

Once we receive your request, we will promptly review the details and send you an upfront invoice. If we require any additional information, we will contact you directly as soon as possible before starting your Site Plan. Once completed, your Site Plan will be emailed to you as a PDF. Please review the plan carefully to ensure it includes everything you need and that all measurements align with yours. If there is anything that needs to be adjusted we recommend printing the site plan and marking all changes directly onto the plan. You can then scan or take a picture of it and send it back to us for the edits.

Upon confirmation of your payment, you will receive your Site Plan within 1-2 business days. Delivery times may vary for custom orders that fall outside our standard site plan offerings

All Site Plans are email in a PDF format which is the most universally accepted printing format. If you need another format please let us know in your order.

We create all site plans remotely without conducting on-site visits. If you need an in-person site assessment, please contact a local surveyor or architect.

No, we only email your Site Plan as PDF file of to the address you provided.
